Purchases returned unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging/tags attached may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment within 15 days of purchase. Purchases returned unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging/tags attached within the 16-30 day window may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card. Gift cards do not expire. Sale items are a final sale. Purchases will not be eligible for return after 30 days.

If you are returning an online order, please ship your return to Row 10 Returns / 1107 Highland Colony Parkway, Suite 107 / Ridgeland, MS 39157. Please include your order number. Package your item(s) so that they are not damaged in transit. We do not offer free return shipping. Your refund/store credit will be processed upon arrival, given the conditions above are met.
