shipping and return policy

All orders placed that have shipping selected, will be shipped within two business days.

All orders placed that have local pickup selected, will be ready for pick up within two business days at Arco Avenue (1107 Highland Colony Parkway, Suite 107 / Ridgeland, MS 39157).

*If you need sooner, please message us as soon as you order and we will try to accommodate, if possible. :)

Purchases returned unworn, undamaged, and with the original tags attached within 15 days may be returned for store credit in the form of a gift card. Gift cards do not expire.

Sale items are final sale and no returns will be accepted.

If you are returning an online order, please notify us via email (row10team@gmail.com) and we will provide the return address. Please include your order number. Package your item(s) so that they are not damaged in transit. We do not offer free return shipping. Your refund/store credit will be processed upon arrival, given the conditions above are met.

We do our best to examine all products prior to shipping, but in the rare case you have a defective item, please contact us at row10team@gmail.com.
